How to use the Strata GPO Pitch Deck Portal

Quick Start Guide

Get up and running in minutes

Welcome to the Strata GPO Pitch Deck Portal. This platform lets you manage, customize, and share interactive pitch decks with prospects. Here is how to get started:

Generate a Token
Go to Dashboard and click Generate Token. Enter the prospect name, company, and select a deck profile that matches their segment.

Share the Deck URL
Copy the generated URL and send it to your prospect. The link expires based on the token type (24 hours for prospect tokens, 1 year for rep tokens).

Track Engagement
Monitor prospect activity in Tokens and Intel. See which slides they viewed, how long they spent, and which vaults they explored.

Follow Up
Use quiz responses and engagement data to craft personalized follow-ups. Click Send Follow-Up Email in the token detail view.

Features Reference

What each section does
Dashboard

Your command center. Shows active tokens, aggregate engagement metrics, and quick actions. The metrics cards at the top display total tokens, average engagement score, vault discovery rates, and total view time.

Tokens

Manage prospect access. Each token creates a unique, trackable URL for a prospect. You can see their engagement score, slide heatmap, vault access, and quiz responses. Tokens can be revoked at any time.

Intel

Analytics deep dive. The heatmap shows aggregate slide engagement across all sessions. Hover over cells to see exact time spent. The top 10 chart highlights which slides get the most attention. Vault discovery cards show which hidden content has been found.

Content Manager

Edit slide content, reorder slides, and manage the deck structure. Use the rich text editor to update headlines, body text, and grid content. Changes are saved per-deck and can be versioned.

Versions

Save snapshots of your deck edits. Add notes to remember what changed. When restoring a version, the system automatically creates a safety backup of your current state first.

Configure your account, manage team members, and adjust portal settings.

Segment-specific presentations

When generating a token, you can select a deck profile that tailors the presentation to the prospect's segment. Each profile swaps in segment-specific slides and can include targeted quiz questions.

Default presentation for all audiences. No profile-specific content swaps.
Dealer In a Group
Tailored messaging for dealers already part of a buying group. Highlights competitive advantages.
Dealer Not In a Group
For independent dealers. Focuses on the value of group purchasing power and vendor access.
Large Dealer
Enterprise-focused content emphasizing scale, PE backing, and operational efficiency at volume.
Mid-Size Dealer
Balanced messaging for growing businesses. Highlights technology access and financial advantages.

Interactive Features

Vaults, quizzes, and video
Vaults

Hidden bonus content accessible from specific slides. When a prospect discovers a vault, they see a door animation revealing additional detail. There are 9 vaults covering Bill Pay, Rebate Detail, Central Ordering, LMS, Partner Hub, Vendor Access, Financial Detail, Private Label, and Getting Started. Vault discovery is tracked in analytics.

Insights

Profile-specific assessment questions that appear after key sections. Quiz responses feed into the Prospect Priority Map, helping you understand what matters most to each prospect. Results are available in the token detail view and can be included in follow-up emails.

Video Playback

Slides with video content show a discrete Play Video button. Clicking it opens a full-screen lightbox player supporting YouTube, Vimeo, and direct video URLs. Video plays are tracked in analytics.

To create custom slide backgrounds, use Canva or Figma with these specifications:
