Design in Canva or Figma

Create your slide backgrounds, graphics, and visual layouts using your preferred design tool. Use 1920x1080px (16:9) for best results.

Export each slide design as a PNG or JPG. Name them consistently (e.g. slide-01-bg.jpg, slide-02-bg.jpg).

Upload to Server

Upload your exported images to the media/ folder on the VPS using cPanel File Manager.

Assign in Media Tab

Go to the Media tab and paste the image path for each slide's background. Adjust overlay opacity for text readability.

The deck uses these theme styles. Design your Canva/Figma backgrounds to complement them:

Pro Tip: Ask Claude

You can ask Claude (me) to search your Canva designs, generate new ones, or export them directly. Just say something like "Create a Canva background for slide 7" or "Export my Strata slides from Canva" and I can use the Canva API to do it for you.

Slide Media Manager

Assign background images, inline images, and videos to each slide

How it works: Upload images to a media/ folder on your server via cPanel. Then paste the URL here (e.g. media/slide-7-bg.jpg). For videos, paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or direct MP4 link.
